Are you halal?
Yes. Our entire menu is 100% halal. All of our high quality ingredients are sourced from trustworthy and certified suppliers, and there is no separate non-halal menu. Read more about our halal promise.
When are you open?
We are open till 4am every night of the week. Doors open at 4pm Monday to Wednesday, and at 11:45am Thursday to Sunday, when lunch pre-orders can be placed from 11am.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver up to a 3 mile radius from our Manchester kitchen (M12 6EJ) via Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat, depending on driver availability. See all the options on our delivery page.
Can I order for collection?
Yes, click and collect is available through our online ordering site. We have a large car park, and if you leave your car registration in the order notes we will bring your food out to you with our clip-on trays so you can eat in the car.
Where can I see the menu and prices?
The full menu with prices is on our menu page, and you can order everything on it for collection or delivery.
What oil do you use to fry in?
We use non-GM UK rapeseed oil in all our fryers. It is filtered and changed regularly.
Are your fries cooked in a dedicated fryer?
Yes. Our fries are cooked in oil separate from all other products, which also makes them suitable for vegetarians.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. You can pay by debit or credit card when you order online.
I have an allergy. Can I still order?
We will certainly try to look after you. We track 13 allergens across every dish and publish the full breakdown on our allergen chart. Check the chart, then tell us about your allergy in the order notes.
Do you cater for events?
Yes. We bring the So Famous experience to private parties, corporate gatherings and street food festivals. Tell us about yours on the events page.
Where do I park for collection?
There is a large car park at Unit D, Aldow Industrial Park, Blackett Street, M12 6EJ. Park up, leave your car reg in the order notes, and we will come to you.
I ordered for delivery and there is a problem. What do I do?
For orders placed through Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat, contact that platform directly through their app, as they handle the delivery. For direct orders, call us on 0161 647 8000 and we will sort it.
