We track 13 allergens across all 58 dishes on the menu, listed item by item below. The whole menu is 100% halal, and our fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, separate from every other product. Updated 3 July 2026.

Before you order

Tell us every time. If you have an allergy, put it in your order notes or call us on 0161 647 8000 before ordering, and we will do everything we can to look after you.
Traces are possible. Our kitchen handles all of the allergens below, so we cannot fully rule out cross-contact for severe allergies.
The fryer detail. Fries have their own fryer and oil, which also makes them suitable for vegetarians. All fryers use non-GM UK rapeseed oil, filtered and changed regularly.
