- **Are you halal?** Yes. Our entire menu is 100% halal. All of our high quality ingredients are sourced from trustworthy and certified suppliers, and there is no separate non-halal menu. Read more about our halal promise .
- **When are you open?** We are open till 4am every night of the week. Doors open at 11:45am Monday to Sunday. Lunch pre-orders from 11am, Monday to Sunday.
- **How far do you deliver?** We deliver through our delivery partners, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat. Availability and delivery distance can vary depending on your location, traffic and driver availability. See all the options on our delivery page .
- **Can I order for collection?** Yes, click and collect is available through our online ordering site : choose your collection time and pay by card or cash. We have a large car park, and if you leave your car registration in the order notes we will bring your food out to you with our clip-on trays so you can eat in the car.
- **Where can I see the menu and prices?** The full menu with prices is on our menu page . Order everything on it for collection, or get it delivered through our delivery partners.
- **What oil do you use to fry in?** We use non-GM UK rapeseed oil in all our fryers. It is filtered and changed regularly.
- **Are your fries cooked in a dedicated fryer?** Yes. Our fries are cooked in oil separate from all other products, which also makes them suitable for vegetarians.
- **Do you accept card payments?** Yes. You can pay by debit or credit card when you order online, and direct collection orders can be paid by card or cash.
